Our Mission:
St. John’s is a Christ-centred compassionate community
We are a vibrant, caring, significantly German-speaking congregation
We seek to know Jesus better and encourage each other to:

We share a firm foundation in living the Christian faith whilst upholding our German traditions

• Manage weekly receipts and general disbursements
• Prepare and distribute a variety of weekly, monthly, and annual updates and publications

• Provide general support for the business administration activities of ministry teams
• Liaising with service providers of repairs and maintenance of Parish facilities
• Aid the convenor of the annual Christmas Bazaar in their administrative role
• Position may extend to pastoral care duties, depending on aptitude and experience
• Monitor and maintain safe working practices and implement the COVID-safe plan

Selection Criteria To be offered this role, the successful applicant must have: Relevant (tertiary) organisational management qualification / experience in office administration
